A night of uneasy
Peace and pieces
Heavy and still
Labored breath
Flinging sighs and
Careless love to
Past winds
With the forgotten
Lusts of a different time.

It covers
Everything
My face, hands
My clothes, boots and
All seems heavier
Than water and dust
It shapes itself,
It shapes me, into
A creature of earth
A sculpture of clay
Till the return
To from whence I came
Is complete.
